




Job Summary: The professional will monitor acquisition metrics, optimize processes, develop lead generation strategies, and support commercial standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of associate acquisition processes 2. Development of strategies for generating qualified leads 3. Support for standardizing commercial processes - Monitor and analyze acquisition team metrics and KPIs (number of leads, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.); - Optimize associate acquisition processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to reduce friction in the customer journey; - Create and implement strategies for generating qualified leads, in partnership with Marketing and regional units; - Develop and execute actions to increase lead-to-associate conversion; - Support the standardization of commercial processes across the entire Abrasel network, including training and alignment with regional chapters; - Conduct periodic diagnostics of acquisition performance and propose data-driven adjustments; - Support the creation of campaigns, materials, and content aimed at attracting and retaining associates; - Ensure efficient use of CRM and automation tools to manage the acquisition funnel.
