This position is essential to ensure compliance with labor legislation and to provide humanized support to employees during employment termination. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform contractual termination calculations according to the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and collective bargaining agreements; * Conduct homologation processes, ensuring clarity and transparency for the employee; * Verify termination payments and mandatory documentation; * Support internal and external audits related to offboarding; * Maintain relationships with unions and regulatory bodies when necessary; * Update internal controls and personnel management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred: completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proven experience in termination calculations and homologations; * Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and union regulations; * Proficiency in HR management tools and Excel; * Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong communication skills; * Experience with payroll systems (SAP ECP); * Experience in large corporations or consulting firms. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
