To achieve this, we continuously invest in innovation, market intelligence, and management excellence, ensuring sustainable growth and positive community impact. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage the Institution’s CRM system, controlling communication funnels for recruitment processes; analyze candidate funnel stages; and develop action plans focused on conversion and retention, ensuring effective communication and enrollment execution. Develop KPIs and managerial dashboards to support management, planning, and performance measurement, contributing to departmental demand prioritization. Supervise and monitor market research (Benchmarking, Mystery Shopping, Share of Mind, Market Share, Quality Indicators, Pricing, Consumer Profile, and Competitive Analysis), consolidating data into reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions. Conduct scenario and market landscape analyses based on official data sources (Census, IBGE, MEC, among others), transforming information into strategic reports and executive presentations. Monitor registrations and enrollments using historical data, spreadsheets, and dashboards, proposing tactical and commercial actions to optimize conversion and goal achievement. Ensure institutional compliance by adhering to procedures, internal policies, standards, and applicable legislation. Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Experience in Marketing and/or Market Intelligence, preferably within the Higher Education sector. Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Advanced Excel, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and CRM systems (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, among others). Knowledge of Google Ads, social media, and digital media tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with data modeling, predictive analytics, or sales funnel monitoring. Experience in student recruitment environments or educational planning.
