We are seeking a Senior Data Center Operations Governance Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and operational efficiency of Data Center operations, guaranteeing adherence to policies, standards, and procedures. Your expertise will be essential to enhance processes, monitor performance indicators, and support risk management—directly contributing to service continuity and security. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure operational adherence to defined policies, standards, and procedures. Develop, review, and maintain operational documentation (processes, workflows, RACI matrices). Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans. Act as the governance focal point between operations, management, and customers.
