Strengthening safety culture in distribution companies We are seeking an **Occupational Safety Analyst** with **proven experience in electrical power distribution networks**, to work for a reputable electricity utility company in a strategic and operational capacity focused on risk prevention, audits, accident investigation, and strengthening safety culture across distribution companies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assess changes in work environments and processes, particularly those related to electrical power distribution networks. * Identify and analyze risks embedded in operational processes. * Evaluate, monitor, and propose actions for the PPRA/PGR schedule. * Select report samples, schedule and conduct occupational safety audits, and prepare technical reports. * Analyze accidents, incidents, and non-conformities, including investigations of potentially serious, serious, and fatal accidents. * Develop, submit, and monitor compliance with the PMS, analyzing evidence and issuing technical opinions. * Propose topics for Safety Dialogues (SD) based on events involving imminent, recurring, or common risks among distribution companies. * Specify, evaluate, approve, and review PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), including analysis of suggestions and preparation/review of the PPE and CPE Handbook. * Evaluate accident reports and presentations prepared by distribution companies. * Participate in Safety Committee meetings, contributing technical analyses and recommendations. * Provide guidance and recommendations to distribution companies to mitigate and prevent similar future occurrences. * Address requirements for fire and panic prevention projects, including needs assessment, proposal analysis, and implementation monitoring. * Develop and revise checklists for Occupational Safety Audits and train distribution company Safety Technicians on their application. * Receive, consolidate, and analyze safety reports submitted by distribution companies. * Identify and disseminate best practices implemented by supplier companies, preparing technical presentations. * Evaluate and revise components of the PEC. * Plan and monitor inspection route management and periodic field inspections. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Qualification in Occupational Safety (Technical or Higher Education). * **Proven experience in Occupational Safety applied to electrical power distribution networks** (live-line, de-energized-line, maintenance, construction, inspection, and emergency operations). * Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards, especially NR-10, NR-01, NR-06, NR-12, and NR-23. * Experience conducting audits, investigating accidents, and managing PPE/CPE. * Valid driver’s license, minimum category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate audits and working with multiple distribution companies. * Involvement in fire and panic prevention projects. * Experience delivering training and standardizing occupational health and safety (OHS) processes in the electricity sector. **Work Location:** Southern region of Pará State **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Minimum Educational Requirement: Technical Course Desired Education: Occupational Safety, Technical Course Driver’s License: B, C, D Willingness to travel Willingness to relocate * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Daycare allowance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Private pension plan * Profit-sharing
