More than joining a major company, you will become part of a team committed to excellence and purpose-driven work, constantly pursuing positive impact for both business and people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and review the indexing workflow of Auto Claims department suppliers’ documents into the company’s systems, by executing standardized procedures and tracking reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Verify and monitor internal deadlines and those stipulated by law, as well as service quality delivered by providers, through daily analysis of process and system workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Analyze and perform regulation of providers’ claims budgets, applying area-specific regulation standards, ensuring fair assessment of losses. * Participate in the development and execution of projects related to improvements in claims processes and systems, including testing, homologation, and implementation, guaranteeing stable production operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program; * Knowledge of automotive bodywork, painting, and mechanics; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable); * Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). **Additional Information** Our Tokio Way of Being reinforces a culture that values who you truly are!
