If you believe entrepreneurship can transform Brazil and want to work in a cool environment to learn and evolve, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform personnel administration tasks such as: calculation and verification of onboarding, benefits, vacation, termination, and electronic timekeeping; * Calculate and verify payroll and social charges: INSS/DCTFWeb, FGTS/SEFIP, IRRF, eSocial; * Manage procurement and control of medical and dental assistance, transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VR), and food vouchers (VA); * Monitor absences and provisions related to sickness benefits, occupational safety concepts, Work Accident Communication (CAT), Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), Risk Assessment Program (PPRA), Individual Occupational Safety Profile (PPP), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), and Personal Protective Equipment (EPI); * Analyze and submit annual obligations: RAIS, DIRF; * Monitor and review monthly payroll closing; * Analyze and monitor performance indicators; * Experience with eSocial, including chronological transmission of events, adherence to deadlines, and full tracking of protocols and receipts; Preparation of indicator reports, analyses, and performance projections. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of indicators; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR is desirable. **Additional Information** * Schedule: Monday to Friday; * Work location: Itaim Bibi; * Meal voucher (VR); * Transportation voucher (VT); * Vittude; * Life insurance; * University partnerships; * Medical plan; * Dental plan; * Corporate mobile phone and notebook; * 99 ride-hailing service fully covered by the company (for travel between units); * Internal awards. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of labor legislation; Experience with Oneflow system; Experience with Ponto Mais system; GoWork was founded in 2013 with the mission of empowering Brazilian entrepreneurship.
