




Description: * High school diploma; * Knowledge of the city's geography; * Driver’s License Category B and Defensive Driving certification; * Understanding of telecommunications networks, including communication protocols, network topologies, routing, and switching; * Familiarity with technologies such as optical fiber, radio systems, transmission equipment, etc.; * Experience in configuring and maintaining telecommunications equipment; * Proficiency in using test and diagnostic equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc. The following will be considered advantageous: * 6 months of experience in the telecommunications field; * Currently pursuing a Technologist degree in Computer Networks or related fields; * Relevant certifications: CCNA, MTCNA and/or CFTV; * In-depth understanding of telecommunications networks, including communication protocols, network topologies, routing, and switching; * Familiarity with technologies such as 4G, 5G, etc.; * Skills in network monitoring tools and network management software; * Embracing the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments, as requested; * Using individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Driving the company vehicle when necessary; * Performing other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Maintaining the vehicle in compliance with processes defined by the Fleet Management Department, ensuring its proper operation; * Implementing workplace safety procedures, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), in accordance with current legislation; * Performing field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, in accordance with the company’s defined operational procedures; Providing referrals for additional or new sales; * Ensuring the preservation, maintenance, proper use, and safekeeping of company-provided resources, as well as inspecting the work environment upon completion of services to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512210202551931213
