It belongs to the Operations area, more specifically to CSC, focusing on report and system analysis, commission processing and payment, and broker relationship management. All activities are conducted digitally via email, reports, internal systems, with some automation performed by the Projects team, also using Excel macros and rules. Technical rules to be followed are defined by the insurance group companies. What You Need: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Data Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience working with data; Experience in administrative tasks, report generation, and executive presentations; What You Will Deliver: Cross-functional engagement, providing internal and external support, with constant interaction among other involved areas and insurance group companies, as well as external clients (end client – broker). Support in mapping and improving processes, standardizing and managing data, organizing workshops, preparing executive presentations, and managing internal and external communications. Filling out control spreadsheets: in SharePoint system, for tracking processes and managing departmental data; Flagging technical pending items: performed through analysis of processes in the company’s official systems; Support in implementing improvement plans: suggesting changes to systemic workflows, rules, and other necessary contributions for departmental advancement; Process monitoring: using control spreadsheets and/or departmental systems, ensuring timely delivery of requests and achievement of objectives.
