We currently have an opening for **Project Analyst**. **Does this match you?** Then join us in this mission! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Project Management and Coordination** * Support coordination in planning, contracting, and controlling project phases (pre-construction, construction, and construction-ready). * Monitor project schedules, analyzing and flagging timeline deviations. * Control project deliveries and revisions. **Compatibility and Technical Quality** * Analyze projects across various disciplines (architecture, structural, installations, landscaping, etc.). * Identify and record interferences among projects. * Support or lead compatibility meetings. * Verify compliance with technical standards, internal guidelines, and ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and builder’s quality requirements. **Interface with Designers and Consultants** * Request project adjustments, revisions, and additions. * Track responses and ensure deliverables are appropriate. **Support to Internal Departments** * Support departments such as budgeting, planning, procurement, legal affairs, development, marketing, and sales points (PDV) **Document Control** * Organize and keep updated minutes, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Statements), cost spreadsheets, presentations, among others. **Site Support** * Analyze site requests (“site calls”) and field queries. * Assess impacts of changes requested by the site. * Assist in issuing as-built documentation upon project completion. * Conduct site visits to validate prototypes **Standardization and Continuous Improvement** **** * Support the development and updating of checklists, guidelines, standardization of details, and lessons learned **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of standards (ABNT, Fire Department, utility providers). * Organization, systemic vision, and strong communication skills. * AutoCAD – Intermediate * MS Project – Schedule reading * Experience in vertical residential MCMV projects within construction or real estate development companies * **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture** **Additional Information** · **13th Salary** * Flexible Card Allowance (Flash): R$ 860.00 (usable for meals, transportation, health, and culture) * Paid Vacation * Educational Incentive Program (long- and short-term) * Total Pass * Birthday Day Off We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
