Job Summary: The intern will assist in monitoring routine building maintenance and hospital infrastructure activities, support technical surveys, and organize engineering documentation. Assisting in the control of technical documentation and regulatory standards * Assist in monitoring routine building maintenance and hospital infrastructure activities; * Support field technical surveys (measurements, visual inspections, and photographic records); * Organize and update technical data, drawings, sketches, and engineering documentation; * Support the preparation of technical reports under the supervision of the responsible engineer. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services performed by internal or third-party teams; * Support the control of service orders, maintenance schedules, and maintenance indicators; * Assist in monitoring construction projects, renovations, and building adaptations. * Assist in verifying scopes, measurements, and technical documentation of service providers; * Support the organization of contracts, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), technical reports, and technical manuals; * Attend inspections and technical visits when authorized. * Assist in controlling technical documentation required by regulatory agencies (Health Surveillance Agency, Fire Department, Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy – CREA, National Health Surveillance Agency – ANVISA); * Support occupational safety initiatives and applicable technical standards; * Assist in identifying building non-conformities and report them to the technical supervisor.
