**Main responsibilities and duties:** Operation of chilled water plants (CWP) and generator sets. Maintenance of pumps, electric motors, cooling towers, control panels, fan coils, grease extractors, and smoke extractors. Replacement of fuses, contactors, circuit breakers, relays, frequency inverters, belts, bearing lubrication, measurement and interpretation of electrical quantities (current, frequency, and voltage), measurement and interpretation of pressure and temperature readings of water in chilled water and condensate lines, completion of work orders, rust removal and painting of metal structures and equipment, pump oil replacement. Organization and cleaning of the machinery room. **The position fundamentally requires:** · Flexibility regarding working hours. · Commitment. · Collaboration. · Caution. · Initiative. · Work schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off, including Sundays and holidays, as required by operational demand. · This position is for a single contract; however, the vacancy requires availability for “job rotation”, i.e., willingness to work on other contracts. **Academic qualifications:** Professional specialization or technical training course in electrotechnology, mechanics, electricity, or mechatronics. **Work experience and skills:** · No prior experience required; however, experience in utility plant operation and/or maintenance or air conditioning systems will be considered an advantage.
