Join us—become an **Everyminder!** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct requirements gathering directly with business units and stakeholders, translating needs into platform solutions. * Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand needs, propose improvements, and ensure delivery alignment. * Configure and administer objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automations (Flow, Process Builder, Approval Process). * Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements. * Contribute to delivery quality by adhering to standards and best practices. * Collaborate with developers and architects in defining solutions. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Experience with automations using Flow Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, and Approval Process. * Ability to map business processes and translate them into platform solutions. * Proficiency in creating and optimizing reports and dashboards. * Skills in requirements gathering, functional testing, and documentation. * Ability to clearly document functional requirements. * Experience working in agile project environments (Scrum or similar). * Strong communication skills and experience providing user training and support. * Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation. * Salesforce certifications are a plus.
