**Description:** Main activities Manage the Security and Intelligence Monitoring Center, ensuring efficiency in incident detection and response, as well as consolidation of databases; Define strategies for risk prevention (physical, logical, risk analyses); Supervise data analysis processes, metrics, and analytics reports; Develop and monitor performance KPIs and service SLAs; Ensure integration among monitoring systems, access control systems, and alarm systems; Recommend technological innovation projects for security involving the Innovation team (analytics, automation, artificial intelligence); Support operations regarding contracts, suppliers, and area budgets. Knowledge, experience, and education **Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA:** Business Administration, Law, Economics, Governance, Compliance; Manager or Coordinator in corporate security areas; In environments with high operational criticality and technological integration; In security and monitoring operations management; In risk management, business continuity, and compliance; Data and metrics management.
