Come add your story to ours and become a protagonist in building a more humane and solidarity-based future! \#vemserumCamiliano **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as a consultant for Camilian units, supporting the implementation, review, and consolidation of the institutional Quality Model. * Provide technical guidance to professionals regarding the adoption of good practices, regulatory, normative, and accreditation requirements. * Support process standardization and dissemination of quality and safety culture. * Draft, review, and describe institutional documents such as policies, standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, manuals, and work instructions. * Lead identification, analysis, and assessment of clinical, operational, and strategic risks using proactive methodologies (e.g., risk matrix, London, GUT). * Manage reactive responses to adverse events, non-conformities, and incidents, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor risk indicators and support evidence-based decision-making. * Conduct on-site technical visits and internal audits at units, including those located in other Brazilian states, assessing compliance with established norms, protocols, and processes. * Prepare technical audit reports identifying gaps, improvement opportunities, and recommendations. * Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of action plans arising from audits. * Know, apply, and disseminate quality tools such as PDCA, Ishikawa, Pareto, indicators, GUT matrix, process mapping, and SWOT analysis. * Perform critical analysis of performance data and indicators, identifying trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. * Develop, monitor, and validate structured action plans, defining responsible parties, deadlines, and effectiveness indicators. * Use management systems to record, monitor, and document implemented actions. * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with technical clarity and appropriateness for diverse audiences. * Facilitate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and technical presentations, including for leadership and senior management. * Contribute to team engagement and strengthening of quality, safety, and continuous improvement culture. * Collaborate integrally with areas such as clinical services, administration, legal affairs, compliance, research, and education. * Support institutional commissions, committees, and forums related to quality, patient safety, and risk management. * Contribute to institutional preparation for accreditation processes, certifications, and external evaluations. * Disseminate institutional values, reinforcing the legacy of St. Camillus de Lellis and contributing to organizational culture development. **Requirements and qualifications** * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with technical clarity and appropriateness for diverse audiences; * Facilitate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and technical presentations, including for leadership and senior management; * Contribute to team engagement and strengthening of quality, safety, and continuous improvement culture; * Bachelor’s degree in Health or Administration; * Expertise in hospital quality processes. **Additional information** Health insurance plan; Meal allowance; Food allowance; Transportation allowance; Breakfast at the unit; Country club for leisure; 25% discount at São Camilo Universities The Camilian Entities are driven by an unwavering pursuit of excellence and quality in all their activities.
