Using established techniques, methodologies, and tools while pursuing continuous improvement in capacity planning and resource allocation studies. Ensure maximum optimization of airport infrastructure through specialized studies aimed at enhancing operational capacity, staying up-to-date on regulations and processes related to updates and modifications of records with ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) and the Brazilian Air Force Command. Through knowledge, processes, and legislation regarding record updates and modifications at ANAC and the Brazilian Air Force Command. Develop specific methodologies for collecting operational data, structuring periodic reports, and utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to consolidate airport information. Lead multidisciplinary projects involving members of the Operational Planning Management team, aiming to reduce costs and/or increase revenue in an integrated manner with other company areas, applying recognized techniques and methodologies and consistently seeking improvements in capacity planning and resource allocation studies. Using established techniques, methodologies, and tools while pursuing continuous improvement in capacity planning and resource allocation studies. Participate in and lead the development of Action Plans, as well as perform analyses and management of projects through capacity and service level studies and analyses, and specific traffic and demand analyses, providing data and analyses based on capacity, service level, traffic, and demand to support leadership decision-making, using industry-recognized techniques and tools.
