Responsibilities Attend to and guide internal and external customers and suppliers. Conduct instructional activities for professional training in Free-Entry Courses, aligned with institutionally defined curricula and respecting applicable legal frameworks for professional education. Organize didactic aspects of training activities, including participation in tasks such as structuring activity plans, preparing supporting materials, and supervising practical learning in external environments—including companies, among others. Maintain control and records of students’ progress and performance according to current regulations and legislation. Prepare individual and group reports, correspondence, texts, and documents relevant to the role. Participate in identifying and suggesting operational materials, tools, equipment, and training environments used in professional training, in accordance with technical and pedagogical standards established by the organization. Guide and perform practical activities related to installation and maintenance of machines, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, integrated with the institution’s defined training objectives and in compliance with current operational procedures and technical standards. Provide technical operational services in response to demands. Participate—as a team member—in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within the area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes, as well as analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and results. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials within the area of responsibility.
