




Description: Job Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency required; * Familiarity with the RM Labore Totvs system is desirable. * Process payroll, verifying entries and integrations; * Calculate statutory social charges: INSS, FGTS, and IRRF; * Handle onboarding procedures for new employees: entering data into payroll systems, registering in e-Social; * Prepare termination calculations; * Prepare vacation calculations; * Submit information to e-Social; * Support gathering information for labor litigation claims; * Assist in preparing annual reports: DIRF/RAIS/Income Statement; * Assist with vacation requests, employee offboarding, time tracking, and role/department transfers; * Support routine tasks within the People & HR department; * Save payment receipts for all payments issued by the department. 2512190202551739830
