And you—do you want to be part of this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance—including replacement of damaged parts, calibration, installation, inspection, hardware or software updates, repair services, and testing; * Plan service routes; * Assist internal and external customers on requested topics (via phone or email); * Provide support to sales teams and other departments involved in the process; * Prepare technical maintenance reports; * Participate in and deliver training sessions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics (Control & Automation), Electroelectronics, Industrial Automation, Biomedical Equipment, or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree preferred—completed or in progress; * Solid experience in the role; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver’s license Category B and passport; U.S. visa is a plus; * Active CFT (Technical Certification); * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Willingness to travel frequently **Additional Information** Strattner will use the personal data provided by the candidate exclusively for recruitment processes, including databases hosted on third-party platforms.
