Assist in developing store-specific action plans (including deadlines and responsible parties). Monitor post-implementation results (sell-out, average transaction value, inventory turnover, and product mix). Update performance spreadsheets and area KPIs. **Review shelf execution:** Front-facing display Depth Fill rate Price communication Exposure of additional points Help ensure the category-defined product mix is correctly implemented. Suggest display adjustments and revenue opportunities. Maintain contact with executives and operations as needed. Assist in coordinating requests for fixtures, point-of-sale materials, and refrigerators. ***Technical Competencies*** Basic/intermediate Excel skills. Retail and merchandising knowledge (a significant advantage). Ability to read simple reports (inventory turnover, ABC analysis, stockouts). Proficiency in organizing data and photos.
