We are seeking an **Investor Relations and Communications Assistant** to support our regulatory, institutional, and digital communication activities, contributing to the organization, analysis, and dissemination of the Company’s strategic information. If you are organized, committed, curious, and enjoy working as part of a team, grow with us! **Responsibilities and duties** **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** ---------------------------------- * Support the Company’s earnings disclosure process, including preparation of documents and gathering internal and market data; * Support the preparation and organization of regulatory filings according to mandatory schedules set by CVM, B3, NYSE, and SEC (forms, press releases, notices, minutes, and other materials); * Support the preparation and updating of shareholder base monitoring and stock performance reports; * Update the Investor Relations website and other communications materials produced by the IR and Internal Communications teams; * Support the management and updating of the Company’s corporate social media channels; * Execute and monitor administrative tasks within the area, including recording and tracking invoices, contracts, quotations, and supplier payment follow-up. **Requirements and qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, International Relations, or Engineering; * Intermediate English (reading and writing); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of corporate social media platforms; * Prior experience in Investor Relations or Capital Markets will be considered a plus. **Additional information** * Salary negotiable; * CLT employment contract; * Health and dental insurance fully covered by the Company; * Profit-sharing plan (PPR); * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Christmas allowance; * Hybrid work model: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote; * This is a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills.
