**Description** * Manage the right-of-way to comply with regulations established by the Granting Authority regarding * accesses, occupations, advertising, and irregular adjacent works, identifying responsible parties and promoting regularization. * Establish and maintain direct contact and relationships with the regulatory agency as well as municipal authorities, upholding a reliable and collaborative image. * Support the regularization of occupations within the right-of-way in coordination with the Granting Authority, through notifications to companies not yet compliant. * Conduct weekly inspections to identify possible irregular occupations and support notification procedures. * Assist in possession recovery actions. * Maintain coordination with the Legal Department to support analysis and assessment of impacts related to documents to be issued. * Provide support in the regularization process of existing accesses and opening of new accesses on the highway, when required. * Develop control methods and reporting tools to optimize internal processes and planning for upcoming actions. * Update the Occupations and Accesses System. * Prepare reports based on updates and maintenance of the Access Regularization Program. * Compile data for performance indicators and area-related processes. **Requirements** * Completed High School education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Driver’s License Category B. **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Geoprocessing, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of topography, signage, drainage systems, special structures, and pavement. * Experience in Highway Concession activities, with focus on roads, pavement, drainage, and structures.
