Join Cogna. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform administrative routines, such as financial processes for Accounts Receivable. * Register bank slips, apply payments, and carry out financial settlements. * Extract and ensure visibility of bank statements. * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets. * Knowledge of collections routines, phone calls, and customer contact. * Communicate clearly and effectively. * Work collaboratively to achieve results. * Demonstrate proactivity and adaptability to handle different situations and demands. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel for developing spreadsheets and reports. * Organizational skills. * Knowledge of management systems for information and data control. * Familiarity with administrative routines for daily tasks. * Written and oral communication skills for interaction with team members and customers. * Teamwork to achieve objectives and goals. * Resilience to handle pressure and deadlines. * Adaptability to manage change and new demands. **Additional information** Hybrid work model with three days on-site. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 18:00; Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
