Conape provides consulting and advisory services focused on the education sector. With a focus on improving teaching quality, the company operates across multiple fronts to support educational institutions. **Responsibilities:** Draft contractual drafts according to company templates and guidelines. Prepare contractual amendments when necessary changes arise. Configure contractual documents in the internal system, ensuring correct setup. Register new providers in the system based on received information. Update and modify existing provider registration data. Organize document flow, ensuring proper receipt, verification, and forwarding. Monitor electronic signatures for contracts and amendments, ensuring timely completion. Track contractual deadlines, flagging renewals, adjustments, and expirations. Provide internal department support regarding contractual and provider registration inquiries. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
