JOB OPENING | APPLIED AI ENGINEER / SENIOR PROMPT ENGINEER Focus: Multi-agents, LLM Systems, and Applied AI Architecture We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in \*Prompt Engineering and Multi-agent System Architecture\*, to support the development of a production-grade applied AI ecosystem. Important: \*This is not a traditional Data Scientist role\*. The focus lies on AI engineering, agents, and orchestration. ROLE CHALLENGE Design and evolve multi-agent AI architectures, ensuring: * Well-organized sessions and context management * Agent-to-agent (A2A) communication * Decision orchestration * Production-grade robustness RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and implement multi-agent system architectures * Create and maintain structured, reusable prompts * Define strategies for context, memory, and session management * Work with ADK, HUA, and A2A communication * Evolve PoCs into production-ready, scalable solutions * Serve as technical reference and mentor for the team ✅ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS * Proven hands-on experience in advanced Prompt Engineering * Real-world experience with multi-agent ecosystems * Applied knowledge of: * ADK (Agent Development Kit) * HUA (Human-in-the-loop / Hybrid Agents) * A2A (Agent-to-Agent) * Strong architectural vision for AI systems * Experience with APIs and integrations * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with Vertex AI (preferred) * Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) * Knowledge of LLMOps / AIOps * Experience in complex corporate environments WHAT WE OFFER * Real-world applied AI challenges at the core of the business * Technical autonomy and direct impact * An environment where AI is a strategic pillar * Space to build long-term frameworks IDEAL PROFILE Someone who views prompting as engineering, enjoys complex systems, and aims to build robust, scalable AI solutions.
