**Back Office Assistant** **Responsibilities** * Validate and ensure the accuracy of information automatically extracted by robots from various documents. * Proactively identify and report inconsistencies or recurring errors in data and document layouts to the support team, contributing to the optimization of recognition and processing. * Perform typing and correction of supplementary data, as needed. * Perform physical preparation and digitization of client records, ensuring image quality, compliance, and integrity of processed documents. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Attention to detail. * Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with the team. * Affinity for routine-based tasks and continuous improvement. * Critical analytical ability to identify error patterns. * Familiarity with or preference for repetitive tasks. * Computer literacy and proficiency in Office Suite / Google Docs. **Desired Requirements** * Experience or familiarity with tax-related areas, invoices, bills, bank slips, and general receipts. * Prior experience in archives or digitization centers. Education: Completed High School.
