**Description:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields preferred; At least 1 year of experience in related roles preferred; Knowledge of cargo logistics; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Prior experience working with Nestlé as a client is required * Manage and control the vehicle fleet for road cargo transportation; Supervise drivers’ and assistants’ activities; Schedule and monitor travel timetables and expenses; Plan operational support activities (e.g., loading, storage, etc.); Lead the team and manage material resources within the area; Monitor operational processes and evaluate their outcomes; Optimize the use of company equipment to minimize idle trips; Maintain constant communication among branches/head office/branches; Monitor and position the fleet to meet established objectives; Provide customer service to ensure safe and secure transportation; Plan storage-related operational activities; Ensure cargo loading complies with established standards regarding timing, quantity, safety, and quality; Promote cargo loading to fulfill delivery commitments; Act in accordance with the Environmental Management System Policy; Ensure compliance with environmental management system objectives and targets applicable to the area; Carry out tasks as defined in operational controls (where applicable); Ensure third parties operating within the area comply with the Environmental Management System requirements; Propose improvements to activities related to the Environmental Management System; Be aware of and act in accordance with significant environmental aspects and impacts associated with the area; Alert supervisors/responsible personnel upon identifying environmental nonconformities; Work in accordance with Integrated Management System standards (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality).
