Customer service and support, including delivery scheduling Work in the operational and administrative department of the transportation company, performing daily driver monitoring to ensure route compliance, deadlines, and operational instructions. Responsible for issuing fiscal documents, including **Fiscal Invoices**, **Transportation Bills**, and **CT-e**, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Provide customer service and support by responding to messages and emails and clarifying questions regarding pickups, deliveries, deadlines, and incidents. Monitor **delivery schedules**, as well as coordinate scheduling with customers and recipients, ensuring accurate planning of logistics operations. Collaborate closely with drivers, customers, and internal departments to contribute to the organization, efficiency, and smooth execution of transportation operations.
