




Job Summary: This professional will support operational and administrative routines within the logistics area, monitor incidents, and ensure deadlines are met. Key Highlights: 1. Support in operational and administrative logistics routines. 2. Monitoring of pickups, transfers, and deliveries. 3. Monitoring of incidents and resolution of discrepancies. Main Responsibilities: * Support operational and administrative routines in the logistics area; * Monitor pickups, transfers, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Perform verification of fiscal documents (NF, CTe, MDF-e); * Update information in systems (TMS, ERP) and control spreadsheets; * Support communication with carriers, drivers, and internal departments; * Monitor incidents, damages, weight/volume discrepancies, and support their resolution. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is a plus); * Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, and distribution; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in a transportation company or logistics area; * Knowledge of TMS/ERP systems; * Experience with EDI, cargo volume measurement (cubage), charged weight, and transport documents; * Aptitude for analyzing operational data.
