




**Main Responsibilities** * Develop and refine food product formulations, evaluating ingredients, processes, and production costs. * Conduct bench-scale, pilot-plant, and industrial-scale testing and monitoring. * Research new raw materials, technologies, and market trends, proposing innovations aligned with the company's portfolio. * Prepare and review technical sheets, product specifications, and process instructions. * Monitor the implementation of new products in collaboration with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales departments. * Ensure compliance with ANVISA, MAPA, and other applicable regulations. * Evaluate product stability and shelf life by conducting sensory and physicochemical analyses in coordination with the laboratory. * Support cost control activities and perform yield and technical feasibility calculations. * Record and document test results and development outcomes in standardized technical reports. * Collaborate on continuous improvement projects for existing products and cost reduction initiatives. **3. Job Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in Product Development, Food Technology, or related areas.
