Bridge product, engineering, and stakeholder teams by proposing improvements to technical processes and operational innovations. Supervise deliveries, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers, maintaining focus on efficiency and quality.**Qualifications** ------------------ * Proficiency in backend and frontend languages, with strong expertise in Python and Go. * Proficiency in Agile practices (Kanban experience preferred). * Mastery of CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog and Splunk). * Relational and non\-relational databases. * Proficiency in Product Ops tools (Amplitude and Google Analytics). * Experience in project management, unit testing, and scalable systems architecture. * Data and operational metrics analysis. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
