Motory is a platform dedicated to buying and selling vehicles. It offers a complete digital experience to facilitate automobile transactions. **Responsibilities:** Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and management reports (advanced level). Build strategic metrics and KPIs for business performance monitoring. Automate reports and processes using BI tools and scripts. Extract, transform, and process data (ETL). Conduct critical analysis of indicators, proposing improvements and strategic insights. Support business areas in defining and monitoring metrics. Ensure data governance, quality, and integrity. On-site work in Itu / SP. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analysis Specialist, Mid-Level Data Analyst, or Data Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
