São Paulo On-site Temporary Third-party 14297 Description **Responsibilities** * Work in the Controller area, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of financial and management information. * Prepare, analyze, and monitor management reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and financial statements. * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes, in coordination with Accounting and Tax departments. * Prepare and monitor budget (Budget), forecast, and variance analyses (actual vs. budget). * Support internal departments with financial analysis, profitability, cost analysis, and economic feasibility assessments. * Manage and standardize internal processes, policies, and procedures. * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. * Contribute to process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Controller, Finance, or related areas. * Knowledge of accounting closing, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis). * ERP system knowledge (SAP). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in multinational companies or structured corporate environments. * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and critical thinking profile. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
