We are continuously evolving and always open to new trends. **Responsibilities for this Opportunity** We seek a candidate to perform operational activities in the Sustainability area, contributing to data consolidation, project execution, and supporting the company’s fulfillment of ESG commitments. Responsibilities: * Monitor environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators; * Conduct periodic controls and reporting (e.g., GHG inventory, water consumption, waste); * Assist in drafting and organizing data for annual reports aligned with global frameworks such as GRI (*Global Reporting Initiative*), SASB, and TCFD; * Develop presentations and content for sustainability awareness campaigns; * Support cross-functional projects involving HR, Facilities, Operations, Legal, and Communications; * Organize evidence for audits, certifications, and external reporting; * Support initiatives related to social campaigns and socially incentivized projects under incentive laws; * Participate in developing presentations and dashboards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in fields related to sustainability (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Economics, etc.); * Up to 2 years of experience in ESG or related areas (e.g., quality, environment); * Knowledge of GRI, SDGs, and ESG topics; * Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) is mandatory; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Basic familiarity with the 2030 Agenda (UN SDGs) and the concept of Double Materiality; * Intermediate English and Spanish \- desirable. **Benefits** * Gym / Sports Activities * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Corporate University * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher **About the Organization** The Smart Fit Group owns full-service gym brands Smart Fit & Bio Ritmo, studio gym brands Race Bootcamp, Vidya Body & Mind, Tonus Muscle Lab, Jab House, and Nós, as well as digital products Total Pass and Queima Diária.
