We are currently seeking a professional for the position of Inventory Analyst. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor PCP orders against sales forecasts to control cancelled, returned, substituted, and shipped orders, thereby avoiding duplicate production; * Control machines designated for demonstrations at trade fairs and events, verifying invoices and documentation; * Analyze inventory, identifying and correcting possible discrepancies between physical stock and system-recorded stock; * Manage parts warehouses in the system, activating and deactivating warehouses, registering and transferring parts among warehouses; * Record scrap materials as removed from inventory; * Analyze AA/AL (Engineering Change Notices), verifying whether product modifications will result in losses for the company due to components no longer being used; * Monitor materials transferred to scrap and written off due to consumption; * Analyze production orders for demonstration products, verifying whether the product already exists within the company to avoid producing an item already available; * Consult the destination of orders available in the yard, investigating why the product remains stationary there and whether an order for the same product has been placed for reuse; * Monitor component consumption, verifying whether quantities used in product assembly match the production order, to detect flaws in product structure or inventory; * Generate reports on closing inventory positions, informing the Controller’s Department of the value and quantity of goods held in inventory; * Manage obsolete and low-turnover items, analyzing reports to identify items with low movement over the past 12 months and no further planned use, enabling appropriate actions; * Monitor and manage prototypes located outside the company, identifying their current locations; * Manage after-sales inventory, monitoring parts and products under analysis or warranty; * Track part locations, identifying possible discrepancies between actual and recorded locations; * Conduct third-party inventory audits, verifying whether products held by third parties match system records; * Develop, monitor, and review the overall inventory process. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production, or related fields; Computer skills (Windows environment, Office suite, Integrated System). **Additional Information** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Corporate Restaurant Pharmacy Benefit Program Profit-Sharing Program Corporate Learning Platform Psychological Support Community Space "Together for Agro" Certified by GPTW Developing innovative agricultural solutions that safeguard life.
