




Job Summary: Work in the Units Department, supporting Process Management routines with a focus on customer satisfaction, ISO 9000, occupational safety, and Lean Manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. A solid organization offering a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, focused on quality, innovation, and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities** * Work in the Units Department, contributing to support activities for the “Process Management” area – (customer satisfaction, ISO 9000, occupational safety, and Lean Manufacturing process management). * Facilitate Kaizen management processes and monitor Unit-level quality and environmental indicators, as well as perform other related and inherent duties. * Activities: Monitor Sustainability indicator performance. * Provide support as a facilitator for the VPS program (Volvo Production System / Volvo Production System). * Manage team performance within the Unit. * Monitor daily Unit-level indicators. * Assist leaders and the Unit Manager in developing new indicators. * Support routines for the “Process Management” area – (customer satisfaction, ISO 9000, occupational safety, and Lean Manufacturing process management). * Support and train teams in using Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, MFV, Spaghetti Diagram, Gemba, etc.). * Support leadership by applying continuous improvement processes to resolve daily issues related to Unit processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing **Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering, Business Administration, or Technological Higher Education programs in Management. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Continuous Process Improvement and Production Systems. * Proficiency in **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or similar). * **Data analysis skills** and ability to prepare strategic reports.
