Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and organized HR professional to work as a generalist in Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), and other HR processes. We seek a professional with generalist HR experience, whose main responsibilities include executing R&S and T&D processes; submitting data for payroll closing and electronic timekeeping; managing vacation schedules and hour banks; processing benefit requests; and monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety procedures (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory training, etc.). #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Submit data for payroll closing and electronic timekeeping; * Manage recruitment processes, from job requisition through completion of the new employee’s probationary period; * Coordinate and monitor training programs; * Manage vacation schedules, hour banks, various types of leave, and benefit packages; * Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety regulations at the unit; * Prepare monthly performance reports; * Monitor HR KPIs to ensure achievement of planned targets; * Track departmental processes to guarantee adherence to required procedures and audit evidence. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with RM Labore (Totvs) system is desirable; * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (Alelo): BRL 20.00/day * Grocery Allowance (Alelo): BRL 60.00/month; * Mobility Allowance: BRL 8.40/day; * Bradesco Life Insurance; * EBD Store Discount; * Company-sponsored Dental Plan.
