We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business focus and dedicated to identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation control, payroll processing, effectiveness tracking, vacation management, leave administration, bonuses, terminations, and the 13th salary; * Manage personnel through activities such as payroll preparation, determining vacation periods and termination procedures, as well as employee dismissals and hiring; * Prepare routine reports, maintain employee records across client companies, provide assistance to employees, deliver guidance, clarification, and support in resolving employee-related issues within social and benefits areas—including social security routines, leave tracking, and monitoring of personnel; * Operate within the eSocial system, file DIRF declarations, calculate termination payments and generate digital FGTS termination guides, manage union contributions and welfare fees, along with other duties inherent to the personnel department; * Delegate new processes, new clients, or new tasks to the personnel department and oversee implementation; * Monitor timely delivery of all personnel department outputs across the team. Create, close, and critically analyze HR department KPIs; * Develop and oversee implementation of personnel department procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resource Management; * Proficiency with the Domínio system; * Proficiency with Excel; * Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations. **Skills:** * System proficiency; strong verbal and written communication skills—interpreting legislation and conveying guidance to clients.
