We are seeking an Environmental Data Management Analyst to work in the Data Management area. This position is based in Belo Horizonte/MG. The professional will be responsible for supporting the integration, processing, and validation of environmental and hydrogeological data, ensuring consistency, traceability, and quality of information used in environmental data management and water resources projects for large industrial and mining companies. This role plays a fundamental part in structuring data flows (ETL), process automation, and providing technical support for corporate environmental and hydrogeological database projects. Responsibilities Develop and maintain ETL (extraction, transformation, loading) workflows to consolidate data from various sources (laboratories, sensors, field data, spreadsheets, SQL databases, etc.); Perform data extraction, processing, validation, and standardization, ensuring data quality and integrity; Support automated data validation and implementation of automations to execute business rules; Support technical documentation and standardization of data management processes; Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of presented information Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; Experience with relational databases (SQL Server); · Knowledge of data processing and ETL processes (preferably using Python, Databricks, Azure Data Studio, Power Query, or similar tools); Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling and integration with databases); Analytical ability, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; Desirable Requirements (not mandatory but advantageous if you have): Experience in validation and standardization of environmental and laboratory data; Knowledge of APIs, automation, and data integration (Python, REST, JSON, N8N, etc.); Familiarity with QA/QC analyses applied to environmental laboratory data; Advanced English **Work Model:** Hybrid For this position, Water Services and Technologies has adopted a hybrid work model, currently requiring two days per week of on-site work at the Belo Horizonte/MG office, Serra neighborhood.
