Risk analysis, due diligence, and advisory support to stakeholders. **Job Mission** Implement and enhance the company's Compliance Program, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and integrity promotion in domestic and international operations. Performs intermediate-level functions bridging technical analysis and advisory support, with increasing autonomy in compliance risk activities, due diligence, governance—including metrics, policies, and procedures—as well as training, serving multiple stakeholders across various jurisdictions. **Job Responsibilities** * Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the Compliance Program across all areas—fraud, corruption, competition, integrity, and privacy—supporting domestic and international operations. * Assist in drafting, reviewing, updating, and improving compliance and data privacy policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal documents; * Conduct research and analysis to ensure the company complies with applicable laws and regulations, supporting the preparation of periodic reports on the regulatory status of business units; * Support the creation and development of training and communications for employees and third parties; * Support updates to the compliance risk matrix, performing analyses and tracking action plans with responsible departments; * Conduct research and inquiries using public databases and specialized tools to inform compliance and personal data protection decisions and analyses—including checks against restrictive lists and national/international databases—for customers and partners; * Provide guidance and support to business and administrative departments in Brazil and abroad, responding to queries and issuing compliance-related recommendations; * Support collaboration with related departments such as Legal, Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls; * Maintain updated records and metrics related to the area via BI tools; * Support the enhancement of control tools used to monitor the pillars of the Compliance Program; * Monitor global trends and propose adjustments to internal processes and procedures; * Assist in responding to questionnaires and surveys regarding compliance; * Handle requests requiring interpretation of regulations, regulatory analysis, and compliance risk assessment—considering legal, operational, and reputational impacts; * Analyze, process, and manage **sensitive information**, addressing multidisciplinary topics and issues with potential regulatory, operational, and reputational impact on the company; * Actively participate in the **continuous improvement** of the Compliance Program’s policies, procedures, metrics, and monitoring tools. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in the specified disciplines or related fields; * Fluent English \- mandatory * Desired knowledge: ethics and compliance laws and regulations, analytical skills, strong communication ability, project management knowledge, and Microsoft Office suite.
