Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** An agile and efficient person. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of tickets, escalating them to resolver groups when necessary; * Handling tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and, when needed, guiding and training users. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic knowledge in:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; **Required:** Personal vehicle and driver’s license (no public transportation available to the location) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 15:00 * Work model: 100% on-site in Itirapina - SP. **NOTE:** Hey!
