We are looking for an **Industrial Reliability Manager** to join the **EAB** team in **Bocaina**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Lead and coordinate the Reliability team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in asset management. * Develop, review, and continuously optimize preventive, predictive, and lubrication maintenance plans based on criticality, recurring failures, and asset performance history. * Apply reliability engineering methodologies and tools such as RCM (Reliability\-Centered Maintenance), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Weibull Analysis, and RAM Analysis to increase the availability and lifespan of industrial assets. * Ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) of equipment and systems, directly contributing to plant operational performance and safety. * Develop and update technical maintenance and inspection procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices. * Ensure standardized and safe execution of preventive and predictive maintenance routes according to Raízen's operational procedures and guidelines. * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog, plan adherence), proposing corrective and preventive actions for deviations. * Lead structured failure analyses on critical equipment using systematic tools (RCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa), ensuring effective implementation of defined actions. * Conduct periodic reliability meetings to analyze results, discuss relevant events, evaluate action plans, and align with operations and maintenance teams. * Strategically participate in setting and monitoring reliability and availability targets, ensuring delivery of results aligned with industrial objectives. * Manage team training and administrative activities related to vacations, work schedule control, absences, and compliance with legal requirements. * Be responsible for the technical management of pressure vessels and static equipment, ensuring compliance with NR\-13 and other applicable regulations. * Promote the use of digital tools, maintenance management systems (CMMS), and data analysis to support fact-based and evidence-driven decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate studies in maintenance engineering will be an advantage. * Experience in industrial environments, with hands-on experience in daily production and maintenance operations. * Technical knowledge of SKF software or similar condition monitoring and asset reliability data analysis tools (vibration, temperature, ultrasound, etc.). * Previous experience in sugar and ethanol plants will be considered a significant advantage. * Desirable experience in commissioning and startup projects of industrial plants, participating in asset preparation, validation, and initial reliability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level), with strong data analysis and technical report writing skills. * Strong practical knowledge or mastery of reliability methodologies such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), FMEA, RCM, and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S). * Analytical profile, results-oriented, with strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, safety, engineering, and quality). * Willingness to reside in Bocaina/SP, Dourado/SP, or Boa Esperança do Sul/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data if required. * HR interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further explain day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
