The **Unit Coordinator** is responsible for the service unit, ensures achievement of established targets and process compliance, analyzes and monitors unit performance indicators, supports Urban Microcredit Agents and Unit Administrative Assistants in carrying out their activities, conducts monthly planning with the team, and performs other duties within the scope of responsibilities.
