This professional will perform 2D and 3D dimensional measurements, inspections, and metrological analyses on raw materials, internal parts, and supplier components, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, standards, and quality requirements, as well as the reliability of measurements used in production, receiving, and quality control processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform 2D and 3D dimensional analyses and measurements on parts, raw materials, and components sourced from suppliers * Operate measurement instruments and equipment such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers, gauges, scanners, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) * Conduct incoming material and part inspections * Interpret technical drawings and dimensional specifications, including geometric tolerances * Dimension parts according to technical requirements * Evaluate measurement results and generate inspection procedures * Communicate approval or rejection status of parts to relevant departments * Release parts during try-out and validation processes * Assist machine setters in equipment adjustments and calibrations * Support analysis of new parts and projects using GD&T concepts * Interpret measurement data and prepare reports for SPC (Statistical Process Control) and PPAP * Support preventive maintenance and calibration of measurement instruments and equipment * Record results and maintain traceability of performed inspections * Perform other related tasks as required by the department or leadership **Requirements** * Completed high school education, or completed or ongoing higher education in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in dimensional metrology and quality inspection * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings * Knowledge of operating and interpreting measurement devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers, scanners, etc.) * Operation and programming of coordinate measuring machines (CMM) * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in quality control functions or related activities * GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) training * Experience with CMM and measurement software * Experience in metallurgical, automotive, or mass manufacturing industries * Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
