




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, meal assembly and distribution, and cleaning of environments and equipment, working as part of a team and with discipline. Teamwork and attention to detail **Responsibilities** * Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of your immediate superior, contributing to one stage of the production process. * Assist in meal and coffee assembly and distribution. Clean and prepare leaves. * Collect and identify food samples. Perform cleaning of cooking, pre-preparation and distribution production equipment, as well as general areas. Carry out cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, utensils, and machinery—externally and while de-energized), collect and segregate waste.
