Process control and supply vision KMI is seeking a Purchaser **Preferred Qualification: Integrated operation with PCP and Logistics** Responsibilities * Procure raw materials, inputs, and production materials * Negotiate with suppliers (price, delivery time, quality, and commercial terms) * Develop and qualify new suppliers * Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and follow-up with suppliers * Operate in an integrated manner with PCP to ensure production supply * Support inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstocking * Interface with shipping and production departments to align deadlines and priorities * Support the organization of procurement and logistics processes * Input and manage information in the ERP system Requirements * Proven experience in **industrial procurement** * Knowledge of supplier negotiation * Organizational skills, process control, and supply vision * Experience with ERP systems and administrative controls * Ability to work collaboratively with production and logistics teams Preferred Qualifications (non-mandatory) * Experience in industrial environments (metallurgical, metal structures, heavy industry) * Basic knowledge of PCP * Prior experience leading teams * Process-oriented profile * Ability to read bills of materials / technical orders Behavioral Competencies * Analytical and organized profile * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Negotiation ability * Process-oriented mindset (not task-oriented only) Employment Type CLT – Permanent Work Location On-site – **Contagem** Salary **R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 3.000,00** Benefits * Transportation Allowance (paid in cash) * Meal Allowance: R$ 18.00/day (Caju Card) Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
