We provide consulting services, software development, and technical support to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostics, corrective and preventive maintenance on computers and laptops. Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, screens, keyboards, boards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site IT support to users for hardware- and software-related incidents. Register and update service tickets in internal support systems. Conduct functionality tests after repairs and issue technical reports when necessary. Perform technical visits according to schedule or emergency demand. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. Carry out tasks related to standard Support Technician routines. Position based in Dourados / MS.
