Do you have proficiency in Office applications, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint? Do you have experience with Google solutions such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides? Are you available for frequent travel to Group developments? Do you have experience in procurement for construction/civil works and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations)? Oh, and it will be considered an advantage if you have completed procurement negotiation courses, possess knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, SLAs and KPIs, master TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), understand taxes and duties applicable to procurement, are familiar with BI tools, and have previously used the Sienge system. **What challenge will you face here?** The Supply Analyst will work within the Supply Department, responsible for fulfilling all input requirements related to Projects, Construction Works, and MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations), interacting directly with the Group’s Engineering and Development and Maintenance departments. **What are the Supply Analyst’s routine responsibilities?** * Fulfill procurement requests for inputs required by the Group’s Projects, Construction Works, and MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations), operating integrally across all stages of the process—from receiving internal customer purchase requests, through critical analysis of requirements, technical and commercial evaluation of proposals, issuance and submission of purchase orders to suppliers, to follow-up on deliveries—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost optimization; * Conduct research on new suppliers and products to identify optimal purchasing opportunities and develop alternative supply sources; * Conduct medium- and high-complexity negotiations with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms (price, delivery time, and quality); * Prepare comparative proposal analyses to support acquisition decision-making; * Plan visits to suppliers/manufacturers of inputs to strengthen partnerships and drive innovation, negotiating prices for items in Curve A and Curve B.
