




* Request the meals to be prepared that day, according to the diet chart. Distributing them, collecting and sanitizing kitchenware from pantries, monitoring food temperatures, and following hygiene standards as outlined in the food handler’s manual. * Prepare breakfast trays and the patient’s pre-established diet, delivering them to beds. * Calculate the number of meals required to meet pantry demand. * Inform the main kitchen and the dietary kitchen of the number of meals to be prepared, and package meals into lunchboxes / dishes / cutlery sets and soup tureens. * Deliver water to rooms and wards and distribute the day’s menu so patients can select their meals. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work 12x36 shifts — 07:00–19:00.
