Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the picking team and distribute daily tasks. * Monitor processes using handheld scanners and ensure compliance with SOPs. * Use WMS/Winthor system to monitor tasks and adjust storage locations. * Ensure inventory accuracy, product integrity, and productivity targets. * Train new employees and track KPIs. * Support inventory counts and resolve operational discrepancies. * Maintain organization and safety standards (5S). * Report results and propose improvements. ? Requirements: * Experience managing operational teams and warehouse inventory; * Knowledge of WMS (Winthor preferred); * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
